PayPal has $11,000 of my money on hold and are ignoring my messges!

PayPal held my account for 180 days. It's been past the 180 days and I still can't withdraw. I messaged them, they asked for documentation, then they stopped replying and are now ignoring me. I've closed and opened many different messages and over the span of 4 days no one has gotten back to me.

My money is stuck there and there is no way to reach them. Is there an office or number I can call about this?!

If you have been told your Paypal account has been permanently limited then Paypal tends to hold any funds for 180 days. This is the same time frame that buyers have to open Paypal disputes.

If no disputes are opened in 180 days then normally you are allowed to withdraw the funds. That is as long as you are over 18, account is in your legal name and the account is registered in the country where you reside.

Sometimes they confiscate funds under this policy.

Paypal also may request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.
