What does it say on the transaction in your paypal account ie pending / unclaimed / pending or complete.

Have you opened a dispute?

Which dispute did you open?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Or did the dispute time out and auto-close at 20 days?

Did you not receive the item OR was it received but not as described?
