I disputed a refund request from one of the volunteer platforms, but I had to wait a long time, until the 17th, even though the has many negatives and its rating is low. Is there a solution for a quick refund? Or you should just wait

I understand you've disputed a payment and worried about the dispute time frame. When you open a dispute, you will have 20 days to resolve it with your seller. If you can't come to a resolution, you can escalate it to PayPal and review and decide the outcome. Depending on how both parties respond to the enquiries, time frame can vary. PayPal usually reach a decision within 14 days, but some cases can take longer. Any updates on the ongoing dispute can be notified via email and also available in the resolution center of your PayPal account.
