Riverty email for debt collection

Hello I received an email of negetive balance of 10,55EUR on 27 Oct. I cleared the negetive balance by 6th Nov but I received an email from Riverty by 7th nov to pay additional debt. of 29,86 EUR by 23 Nov. I had received no email about negetive balance before 27-oct. Also in the riverty email is a file number that i cannot find on riverty website. I am not in germany anymore so I cannot even call customer service. Please help.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
