Super Locker Possible Scam

I ordered a product called a Super Locker (large fold out craft storage cabinet with work table) which was advertised on FB from Ferris.store. After a month, what arrived was instead a tiny plastic storage container. Has anyone else had the same experience? After searching the internet, I am lead to believe this is a scam.

I ordered this, 2 actually. On Jan 19th. It is Feb. 13th and I still have not received it. I disputed it with PayPal, who said they have contacted the seller who had proof that it was delivered. The tracking number said it was delivered USPS on Jan 21st, however when I contacted USPS they said it was delivered to another address, but couldn't give me that info. I have all of the info I need to disprove Asanka.store ,including the fact that the website is gone, the email is bad and the fact that the invoice says it was SHIPPED OUT ON JAN 26th. Let me ask.... how would I receive something before it shipped???? And PayPal refuses to give my money back. They sided with the company. In tracking it shows it came out of AMAZON in Charlotte, NC. I called them and there is no record of this tracking number with them. It is a SCAM! And I will NOT use PayPal ever again.

I wish I had seen all of this a month ago. I just got notice from Paypal that they will not refund my money because there is confirmation the item was delivered. How can they not give refunds when it is clearly an issue with the seller?

Do another fraud claim and state you want an appeal to provide evidence. Ask the post office for confirmation of the tracking# and they will state it was not delivered to your address. Take pics of the website and emails as non functioning now. Then file a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commision.  WE have to waste our time cuz of these scammers and paypal not recognizing after 3 years they are allowing them to continue to do this!!!! Just because it wasnt a lot of money for us individually, just think what the guy is raking in for thousands of us scammed by this?! Why should he be allowed to keep our money and continue to scam others. WE have to fight for our refunds!!!

I received nothing but a confirmation from Paypal with a delivery confirmation.  It even had a usps tracking number.  Thankfully I am friends with the local postmaster.  She informed me that the tracking number was NOT for this package.  That they never received the items for delivery.  I emailed the contact - shellystadler...........galinka . gnidkina at mail . ru

I also ordered this product. I was gonna given an order ID as well as a transaction ID. At one point it said that it had been delivered. In the middle of a dispute case now.

I am currently going through this! USPS says address was not mine on package but the sender is somehow showing PayPal it was delivered to my address! USPS advised to report to fraud.

I purchased two almost a year ago and received the order number and tracking number.  I continued to check the tracking every so often for updates. After a while, the purchase slipped my mind and when I finally remembered, the link for the tracking website no longer worked, nor did the link for their website. When I tried to seek resolution through PayPal, they initially sided with the vendor and when I tried to take it further, I was told that it was past the time given to dispute it any further. 

So disappointing that there are people running businesses like this, advertising and selling a product, taking their customer's money and then providing something entirely different or nothing at all.

You can try to do a dispute with your credit card if it was linked to paypal. At the least you should file a complaint with the BBB in San Jose CA, that is where the paypal headquarters is. also file a complaint with federal trade commission reportfraud.ftc.gov  and the usps for mail fraud.  they will only look at scammers if they have numerous complaints against them. By you taking the time to file you may save someone else from loosing money. you can try to email pay pal this email    executive office @ pay pal . com       Demand a refund because they know this company is a scammer, doesnt matter you were being nice and waited for the merchandise for over a year, they have thousands telling them these are scammers and they should not be giving them your money. Tell them to look at this message board. Stop allowing money to be given to these scammers.

I'm sorry you didn't get your issue resolved.

I had the tracking number which said package had been delivered.  I went to post office to confirm where the package was delivered and it was not my address.  I provided the info to Paypal and they immediately issued a refund. 

From this incident, I now always check to make sure the seller has a legitimate website.  If its  bogus, you wont get any results when you search for it.
