I ordered a product called a Super Locker (large fold out craft storage cabinet with work table) which was advertised on FB from Ferris.store. After a month, what arrived was instead a tiny plastic storage container. Has anyone else had the same experience? After searching the internet, I am lead to believe this is a scam.

SAME!!! And Paypal denied me a refund. They sent a fake tracking number to Paypal that said it was delivered a DAY AFTER I ORDERED IT. It is NOT possible to get a bulky item that quick. I am so disappointed with Paypal. The site I paid for this New Super Locker was called lorie.store and closed shortly after I made my purchase. THEN the Paypal receipt says I bought it from someone called Linda Farve and the website shopify.com is listed. When I checked Shopify.com it is a site that has to do with getting these businesses ads on places like Facebook and Walmart.com I did see this ad on Facebook and I appalled that they clearly don't do any check to make sure these are not scam sites.
I am not sure where to go from here with Paypal. CLEARLY there are SEVERAL people being scammed by this same organization, and they are allowing it to happen and not backing up those using this service.

Same. You need to contact your post office and ask where it was delivered. They provided me with a document that says it was not delivered to my address and they apologized for the error in stating on the tracking# that is was!! This is what the guy is using as his proof and keeps **bleep** all of us. The post office will tell you that because of hippa law they cannot tell you the address it was sent to. BUT he basically is sending just a junk mail post card with your name to a different address in your city to keep his scam going. Then contact paypal again to demand your money back as i am currently doing.

Get the information from the post office on the tracking #. Send that as proof it was not delivered to you along with the copy of your order showing your address and file a dispute with paypal.

KEEP asking for your refund. Get your local post office involved. File with the BBB. Email the corporate office of pp. Dont give up, every dollar goes to the scammers that is why they keep doing it year after year.

okay this just happened to me. the website was lorie.store of course no longer there but they had a big paypal banner. I am currently asking paypal to appeal their decision that the seller won because they show the tracking # was delivered. The post office is a joke!! I tracked the pkg and it says delivered to my mailbox. Thats odd, it was a 40 pound desk! Then I do an inquiry with the post office and I get oh the delivery wasnt your address, contact the seller. I said I cant, its no longer there, email doesnt work so she says they cant say where it was delivered due to hippa law????!! wth does that mean?! I am sending my complaint in writing since Paypal thinks this is ok to not look into! Everyone needs to send all their verification to paypal so we all get refunded. This guy is just hoping no one takes the time to dispute it!

thats what i asked the gal at my post office, did it say it was a medical order?! She said they cannot give the address because they do not want people going knocking on someone's door asking for the package and since it was NOT my address used, I had no claim to it even though it was my name. I said BUT you are providing these scammers with tracking information saying it was delivered so Paypal doesnt give us our money back. She said you were scammed, millions are everyday, get over it. We are not going to be involved. I said----you are involved, you provided a tracking document that says delivered!! She then told me to not call again over this matter and said goodbye. Honestly, I am still shocked how she was so rude and unwilling to listen to me. I just finally got a refund after the 4th try. Send an email to executive office at paypal with your documentation and demand a refund. This guy needs to stop keeping money because Paypal makes it difficult to get a refund! my track# 9200190237964168844665 delivered feb 8.
