thats what i asked the gal at my post office, did it say it was a medical order?! She said they cannot give the address because they do not want people going knocking on someone's door asking for the package and since it was NOT my address used, I had no claim to it even though it was my name. I said BUT you are providing these scammers with tracking information saying it was delivered so Paypal doesnt give us our money back. She said you were scammed, millions are everyday, get over it. We are not going to be involved. I said----you are involved, you provided a tracking document that says delivered!! She then told me to not call again over this matter and said goodbye. Honestly, I am still shocked how she was so rude and unwilling to listen to me. I just finally got a refund after the 4th try. Send an email to executive office at paypal with your documentation and demand a refund.
