Dear PayPal Support Team, I am urgently seeking your assistance with a payout transaction that has been blocked due to the error message: “This transaction is blocked due to regulatory compliance restrictions.” This delay is affecting my access to funds, and I would greatly appreciate your prompt help in resolving the issue as quickly as possible. Please provide detailed information on the reason for this block and the necessary steps I must take to ensure my account is compliant and the payout can be processed. I would be grateful for your swift response, as I need to receive these funds as soon as possible. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter.

You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page for any additional help. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account.

It's AI generated, and as for the contact page, no bell symbol in Dashboard nor any notifications why account is blocked.

As previously stated, it's pointless as it's all AI, no real person to discuss it with. Just keeps going round in circles. 

 

The contact us page does not help, this information in the Chat bot is giving generic information, the telephone number goes to an AI response and also has generic information.

No, this doesn't work. It's been another 6 days and still unable to use PayPal for payment, how many other hundreds of people are in the boat !

Same here, locked out, can't buy anything, business information all upto date, contact us page is a much use as a chocolate tea pot, all AI even on the phone. Not exactly user friendly to find out why account is blocked. No email received to say why either. PayPal complete joke now

Sorry your thread was taken over with another query, however regarding the message you received then......

 

PayPal is normally unable to provide more details as to what regulation is being triggered or why. PayPal is required to comply with local and international regulations in the countries it operates. This means that if a certain factor about a transaction is prohibited by one of those laws or regulations, PayPal would not be able to process that transaction.
