i operate a business and i had my paypal account limited in january or december, i had $500 in the account only to login today and see that it was withdrawn by paypal to "cover losses" note that i have no negative balance or anything!!
ok, as per your last post to me that you 'know who I am' when you don't have a clue, guess you know my advice before giving it so forgive me if I ignore you in the future.
