Unauthorized transaction on my paypal account

I have 2 transaction on my paypal account but I never made that order and never heard for that company from where is order. Also I open dispute and Paypal say that is made by me. This is ridicilous because I can't continue speak about this case with paypal and plus it is about some games (2 orders in couple minutes for same game - I DON"T PLAY GAMES) and I dind't receive by mail notification about these transactions like for every another orders that I made it. This is really unserious from Paypal because is criminal activity on my account and they simply answer that I made that orders from my account. It is not big money but is stolen and how I can continue to beleive that Paypal is safe when there is simple ways to made unathorised transactions and as I say Paypal simply answer that I made it hahahahaha. I also send mails to that company (eneba.com) but nobody answer. Do I have to call police about this stolen transactions or what I have to do. Hope that someone will answer me because it is unserious from paypal that in all possible ways to contact them by phone or messages I have only stupid robot answers.... P.S. Sorry for my bad english but I'm really disapointed and nervouse at this moment about this situation.

Finally I have answer from Paypal and hope that nobody will have issue like this in future (from now I will check my paypal account every day :
"We've determined the transaction(s) in question were unauthorized and have refunded the full amount for the following transactions -
We've determined the activities in question on your account are unauthorized"

Hello,
your situation is similar to mine. 3 paymets to ENEBA on 24 January,
The paypal say that "After our review, we found that certain transactions weren't unauthorized and hence couldn't be covered by PayPal Purchase Protection", but the true that i have 2 steps validation, and i not authorize any payment to eneba, not even receive email from paypal.
Eneba say that the payment were legitim aproved.
So now, i have 80€ less and no one cares.

This happens again today to me and paypal say it is not unauthorized transaction.
This is ridiculous and Paypal is not secure 100% because this continue to happens.

Last month first answer from paypal was that "we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use"
and after lot of mails they found that I was right and I didn't make this order but today is same.
PAYPAL, are you in game with this? it is not possible every month to lost time and money about stolen money and YOU PAYPAL simply answer "we’ve determined there was no unauthorized use"
This is not serious from company like yours, if this continue to happens to your customers you will lose all of them and what will be than reason for paypal to exist?
Sorry for bad words but this is really unacceptable from service like Paypal.

The same thing happened to me today and I have seen another post from 2022 as well as th ones in this chain where this same thing happened to someone else from this same "Eneba" company.
It seems rather suspicious that multiple people are having this issue with fraudulent activity from this very company and through PayPal.
I am rather confused as to how this transaction was able to go through as it literally occurred at midnight when I was asleep. So clearly this transaction did not go through 2 factor authentication.
I have since changed my password on PayPal but am now weary of PayPal's security and how such a transaction was able to go through. Is my account now compromised?
PayPal has recognised this as an unauthorised transaction but still I am shocked and unimpressed and will continue to monitor my account closely.

Going through the same thing had a fraudulent charge reported at. They were refused to give me my money. Back. Reported it again told me on the phone. It would be paid back then the next day. My whole PayPal account was changed as far as charges. What was paid where how much was paid? Said the refunds were given when refunds for even had the merchant from the store that the fraudulent charge was made from confirmed that I did not make that charge. And they did not have it and PayPal. Tells me that I made it and I have to eat the lost money. On top of that, the customer service supervisor refused to give me her name accept for Rebecca. And then refuse to also give me the corporate office number to help me solve my issue. And just kept telling me that I was a liar. And I made the charge absolutely unacceptable I'm on a fixed income a $100. Is that big deal to me? It may not be to PayPal but they should at least take care of their customers and do what they're supposed to do and keep your [Removed] safe. And if not, repay what they let get stalled in. Not help people still your money. And then accuse you of lying about it when you have screenshot and third party proof that it was not you.

I also have the same issue as you, what do I do?
Paypal said they reviewed my unauthorized activity case, and determined that there was no unauthorized use of my PayPal account. There is no appeal button for the case, what do i do? I am pretty sure I didn't make this payment and no one else should have access to my account either. Is it possible for the paypal team to inform me what item was purchased? Maybe I bought something but forgot about it, although this is highly unlikely because the payment was made in foreign currency and there is no way I wouldn't remember it. How do I get paypal to look into this further? I want my money back.
