I need some advice here.
We design and make silicone sex toys and we wish to sell them on our website and then have PayPal as the credit card merchant.
Even though the website has not been launched, PayPal has suspended my account.
My question is, there are other online shops that sell sex products and use PayPal as their merchant, so why can i not do that?
On my website, there is NO nudity at all. Just toys for Adult sexual wellbeing.
So, why is Paypal so rigid for some sellers and not for other sellers?
Thanks

Bit like ''I've been caught for speeding but others speed so why have they not been caught''.
Depending on adult content you were either banned for what you listed OR you did not seek approval first (maybe others did which is why they are still selling)?

I totally disagree with paypal.
I am not selling porn, not selling sexual services etc.
There are zero chances of any charge backs. The customers are told several times that we do not offer refunds etc.
Yet, Paypal thinks that i am running a hardcore porn site, selling pu$$y and more.
Then again, if my turn over was like $500K a month.... i am sure paypal would be there helping me!
Not Happy !
