WARNING: Ticket Fulfillment Services LP is a rip off and PayPal is complicit

I purchased 2 tickets to a basketball game via the Ticket Fulfillment Services LP  website. The same seats were listed on Ticketmaster.com and Cheapseats.com. I picked the Ticket Fulfillment Services because their price was the cheapest. As soon as I selected PayPal as my payment method and confirmed the purchase, the Ticket Fulfillment Services added over $100 to the total. I requested a refund immediately and they denied my request. I did the same with PayPal and they closed the case without any resolution. I appealed never heard back. I'll will never purchase anything through either company again.

It sounds like you made a purchase for tickets, and the price charged was higher than what you were expecting; I'm sorry to hear that happened. You may be able to file an Incorrect Transaction Amount dispute following these steps on our Help Center. When filing the dispute, please include a copy of your receipt from the merchant showing that the charge should have been lower than what was actually processed.

Same thing happened to me. This company is a total scam. PayPal should do something to prevent this type of activity.

I agree. This company is such a huge scam.  Ripped me off for over $1300.

I purchased 2 tickets for a concert in Philly and never got links to tickets. Looked back through PayPal transactions and it listed Ticket Fulfillment as the recipient of my payment. However, I have no tickets as of yet. I sent TF a request for link to tickets. I am doubtful at this point of ever seeing the tickets. I hope PAYPAL will do the right thing and refund the payment.

For those that did order tickets, were the tickets legitimate? I just did a Pay-in-4 for tickets that are not on sale to general public yet (didn't realize that until after I bought!) I also saw the bogus additional charges added at the last minute, but rather than fight that battle, I want to make sure I'm going to get these tickets and that I didn't get totally scammed.

I bought a ticket for 146 usd at Ticket fulfillment service lp that I never received. PayPal closed the case by saying I had received the ticket which is WRONG?! PayPal is complicit in a company reported fraudulent several times and continues to support this company. I will close my PayPal account.  They do not protect their customers.

This same thing happened to me with ticket fulfillment service and PayPal. I gotten taken for 469 00 for 3 40 dollar tickets. It was a scam that I realized right away And put a stop on the activity and contacted PayPal after this theft but too late PayPal did not back me up one bit. I won't be scammed out of my hard earned money Time for me after 13 years to QUIT PAYPAL for they failed me miserably Shame on PayPal

Happened to me too.  Ticket Fulfillment is a total scam.  As well as PayPal, who denied my claim.  I will never use either again.
