We're Permanently Limiting Your Account

Hi everyone,


I recently received a payment from my client, and PayPal asked me to confirm my information. They requested a National ID, Passport, or Driving License. I don't have a driving license, so I uploaded my Pakistani National Passport.


Then they asked for more details about the transaction. I uploaded the email conversation explaining my services. But just seconds after submitting it, I got a message saying, "You Can't Use PayPal Anymore."


I’m really confused about why this happened. Can someone please help me understand how I can get my account back?

Paypal is not supported or available in Pakistan and you can't use another countries paypal account.

If you are actually in the UAE then you should have uploaded something with your UAE address on it.

@kernowlass thank you for your response. I reside in the UAE and have linked my UAE bank account and card to PayPal. I also have my Emirates ID with me. Is there any way to recover my account?
