I have received a (french) phone calls describing a new "Paypal Complete Payment" offer with lower fees, stating data about our internet site that uses paypal, and later received (french) mails form a seemingly legit paypal.com email address about this upgrade.
Looking at the mail headers, i only see paypal.com + paypalcorp.com once
How can i trust or not trust a mail coming from a paypal.com email adress ?
