Are transactions from Belarus allowed with PayPal?

Hi All,

I am a stamp dealer based in France. I have a possible buyer in Belarus. Am I allowed to accept payments from Belarus? I am asking this because I am wondering about the sanctions against Belarus following the war in Ukraine. Thanks, in advance, for any help.

What has Belarus got to do with the Ukraine?? Russia is the country that invaded Ukraine, not Belarus !!!

ok as Belarus are supporting Russia, it appears sanctions have been imposed against them as well according to the link.
