Cash not reflecting in my mpesa and not in paypal as well

Anyone from Kenya who has not received money in the mpesa account? The funds are not visible in my paypal account and mpesa has no history of the transaction.

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues with a recent transfer to your MPesa account. Normally, the funds transfer to your MPesa account is completed within a few hours to a few days. If you haven't seen the funds yet, there may be an issue with the transfer. I would recommend making sure your information matches 100% from your PayPal account to your MPesa account. If any information does not match, the transfer may not complete. If your funds have not completed by now, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking Contact at the bottom of any PayPal page for further assistance.

Thank you for your reply. I escalated the matter to customer support team. They are following up with mpesa. As for the information on mpesa matching with paypal, that's is not the case as paypal is showing the funds to have been debited yet nothing is showing on my mpesa. All the information I'm getting from paypal is to wait for mpesa to respond. Since Friday when I made the transaction I have no concrete information about the money or where it got stuck. I don't know how long I have to wait to get my money.
