Hello! I just want to ask if I really need to pay for the escrow charge on paypal for me to be able to receive the money being transferred to me from the other country?

No. You’re being scammed. If someone REALLY paid, and PayPal fees are applicable, PayPal automatically deducts it and puts the rest in your account fairly instantly. There is no escrow charge. There’s no asking you to pay a fee in order to receive money.
