Hi. Mr Vegas wants proof of my Paypal account via screenshot but they say the image is too blurry!

Hi. I am having terrible trouble with a company called Mr Vegas. I have used Paypal to play the game and have won £80. They have now asked for the front and back of my driving licence (which I sent and they were happy with) but they have refused the screenshots of my Paypal account by stating they are, 'Too blurry'. I have tried three times to do this and they are still refusing to send my winnings to my Paypal account as they are still too blurry!!

Can one of you kind, knowledgeable people give me guidance on this matter please? I thank you in anticipation of your help.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues receiving winnings from a gaming company. Normally, we do not recommend uploading a screenshot of your PayPal account anywhere to receive money. The sender should just need the email address attached to your PayPal account to send you any payments. Any verification is normally performed on our side by making your account Verified. 

I would recommend contacting Mr Vegas' Customer Support teams for further assistance, but I would also recommend refraining from sending them any more screenshots of your personal or financial info as well as your PayPal account until they explain why specifically they need it and if it's a legitimate request.
