How can people send money from the USA to my Ukrainian PP account?

A woman from the USA wants to send some money to my account (to Ukraine) from her account (from USA). I sent her my data such as my name and surname, phone number and e-mail address. Andrii [removed], [removed], and [removed]. But she told me the System did not allow her to send money to me. What is wrong? Should I send her some more details? If yes, what details exactly? Or how can I request money from her using my account? I don't have such an option.

Secondly Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can now receive payments with the recent change of policy, but they are restricted to receiving only friends/family payments as per link.

However the friends/family option is not available in every country.
You still can't do commercial transactions and receive goods/services payments.

Please, do not use "the" before "Ukraine". We are an independent country that is now fighting for our sovereignty. 

How can I make friends with another PP account? I don't have such an option in my cabinet. I can't request money from another account either. There is only "send money" option. But I have $0.00 at my account.

Wow, so glad I gave up my time to try and help you if all you can do is be picky on the word 'the' which has no reflection on your sovereignty.

I have used that same information for many Ukrainians who have all said thank you for the advice.

Yes I know you can't ''request'' money, suggest you read the link, I would explain further but don't want to waste anymore of my time on you.
