To install the mobile application, search for "PayPal" in the App store or Play store. That will enable you to access your PayPal account to see payments that have been sent to you, and will allow you to use your mobile to make payments to others.
If you're looking for a way to accept payments regularly, through cards, in person, on your phone, you may be interested in PayPal Zettle. That does require a Business account, however.
If you want to continue to use your Personal account to accept payments, you can also look into PayPal.me. That will allow people to use a username that you choose to send you payments through the Send Money function, and it will also create a link that people can use in a web browser to send you payments.
