I can't purchase online with paypal anymore because paypal is asking for a mobile verification text of which i have no mobile. Every paypal article is useless on this subject. If they would send a text to my home phone it would be okay but now i can't purchase online anymore. Little help?

Once you have accessed your paypal account you would need to add a mobile phone if you want to continue using paypal.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I never had a mobile phone ever and have been using paypal to purchase for the last 5 years. Paypal said the mobile number is a security feature well it sure isn't lmao. I will just stop using paypal if things don't work out. The site is honestly pretty corrupt anyhow and paypal sure makes a lot of mistakes that they never really take credit for. I'll just use another means of purchasing if things don't work out, no worries.

Nope no worries at all, whether you use paypal or not matters not at all to me, as for the advice, you're welcome !
