Im unable to send money to a friend

This is the message i keep getting.

Everything with the account is okay, i used paypal before with the same credit card, so the card works and it is entered correctly, but just in case i tried another card, and same problem. Im sending money via email entry.

I dont know what to do.

Does your friend have a business account? If they do and you are trying to send a friends/family payment then unfortunately business accounts can't accept that kind of transfer.

You haven't said which country your friend is in so if its not the above then you would need to state that information for us to be able to advise further.

Some countries do not have the friends/family option and some countries can't accept goods/services payments. 

Also check with your friend that they don't have any limitations on their account.
