Is it not possible to recieve money as an individual from India without any registered business?

I just saw PayPal asking me to upgrade to Business Account to receive money as I belong to India. Basically, I need money transfer to my account from foreign websites/customers for two purposes, mainly.

1) I'm freelance graphic designer. So if I work for any foreign customer, he/she'll need to transfer money through PayPal.
2) I want to do some surveys on foreign websites. And they reward through PayPal only.

But I am individual and I don't have any registered business or company. So I don't have these details to upgrade:

What do I do? What are my options?

If it still does the same thing then you have to fill it out to the best of your ability. Check if you can select a business type as individual, or sole proprietor, instead of Partnership, corporation, etc.
