Is it possible to split payment methods when paying via PayPal Invoice?

If I have, for example, a $100 invoice to pay via PayPal and $70 in my PayPal wallet and $30 on my debit card, is it possible to combine the two payment methods when paying the PayPal invoice? I know it's possible when buying via PayPal on other websites and it's most likely possible for PayPal invoices too, I just wanted to make sure. Thanks in advance!

I can advise presuming you are in the U.S, if you are in another country then advice may differ.

If you have marked your preferred funding source as your balance then yes paypal should offer that option and then show a back up funding source that they will use for the rest, you can normally click on 'change' to change to another back up funding source if you want to.

Check this...

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your preferred way to pay and put a dot in the balance option.

Make sure the funds are cleared and not pending + in the correct currency you want to send.
