PayPal debited my card, but transaction was voided and no refund credited.

So, I used PayPal to buy buy online credits, transaction was on authorization hold but due to system glitch on merchants end needed to cancel it and just redo the payment, but PayPal already debited my account and it was already posted on my bank statement. Transaction was voided but no refunds were credited to my bank. What can I do about getting a refund?

I'm sorry to hear your payments didn't process correctly. If the transactions were voided, the money will be returned to your original payment method. On average, most refunds take three to five business days. However, depending on your payment method it can take up to 30 days.
