PayPal is blocking a Payment to a Legitimate Merchant

I’m having issues with paying a company that I know is legit because I have purchased from them several times in the past. Some reason PayPal is blocking the payment and can’t figure out why. I even contacted the company directly and they looked into it and said it was PayPal‘s end that was Blocking the payment .

I am sorry to hear about your current situation. It is entirely possible that you could be running into our security system. This would have temporarily prevented you from taking any further actions in your account. Although our security practices and transaction reviews are meant to protect all customers, sometimes they affect an account in good standing. In this case, I suggest you try again after 48 hours. Please be noted, that if we try to attempt again before 48 hours then the security algorithm may reset itself and the same situation may occur again. This will result in a further delay. Therefore, I would request you wait for 48 hours from now then try again. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

I ended up finding a workaround. Basically I had to transfer it to another prepaid card service. I don’t appreciate the security settings PayPal has. It’s just frustrating when you know that’s a widget company. But at least I figured out a workaround to fix the problem
