I only tried once over 24 hours ago and got this same error. Then I tried again 30 hours later and got the same error. It won't even take me to my bank - you can't get past this error page. I have had this PayPal account for over a year and have been receiving money in my bank account. I just want to send money out to someone now. Does anyone know how to get past this?

I am experiencing the same thing. My guess is, they're doing this to force you to either use a debit card or credit card so that they can charge you (and me) a fee. If we keep connecting via our bank accounts, it's free. They don't want that. They want us peons to pay the fee associated with using a debit card or credit card.
