Seller Shopify Transaction Fee charged more than listed.

It was listed 2% transaction fee on Shopify payment gateway but Paypal charged me 5% for the transaction fee.

 

What should i do? Paypal has very bad customer service. No response. Can't submit request due to their server problem too.

I'm sorry to hear your fee is different from what you were expecting. If you're a seller, the fee may appear different due to both services processing a fee. The 2% could have just been Shopify's fee and didn't include PayPal's. You can learn more about PayPal fees on our Help Center and fees page. If you're a buyer, the total transaction should have been the same as what the merchant quoted. If it's not, you can report billing issues on our website.
