Please help me with my conern, I tried to send money from philippines to uk using my debit card that I linked in my paypal but the transaction was failed .I still got charged in my bank account via text message “ Thank you for using your Maybank Debit Card ending 7***for PH 11,681.92 at MERCHANT PAYPAL *S….\4029357 28-SE[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and there’s no record of my transaction in activity. how can I ask for refund? Thank you
I contacted the bank account but it says the transaction was successful but my recepient got a message from a customer service “I reviewed this transaction and I can see that this payment was cancelled from R….which is why this payment did not get credit to your PayPal balance. I request you to check with R…….why they cancelled this payment” Do I still need to contact the bank account this time? Thank you for your response . I didn’t even cancel the transaction.
