I am trying to make a payment but although I have successfully logged in, the system keeps asking me to authenticate/verify my identity via my mobile (either by text or call) over and over after I enter the payment details. I cannot get beyond this loop. This has never happened before and I make frequent payments to the person I am trying to pay. It seems like a system error but can anyone shed any light on why this is happening and how to fix it? Thanks.

Actually I just got it to work on the iPad using the app. The problem I was having was using my desktop, which is generally how I make payments.
