USD Tranfer from PP to my Swiss Bank Account. Paypal wants to exchange the money to CHF

I am trying to transfer money from my personal  PayPal account to my USD account at my Swiss Bank in USD.
Even having an USD account in Place with an IBAN for the account,  PP still wants to change the money to CHF,

I never asked PP to change money just to transfer. Could anybody help or guide me ? Thank you

You cannot withdraw in USD unless you link a US bank account that has a ABA routing number, not IBAN. Otherwise, PayPal automatically converts foreign currency to your local currency (CHF) when withdrawing. It’s in the User Agreement.

“Die Zahlungsquelle (z.B. Bankkonto oder Karte), auf der Sie die Abbuchung veranlassen, muss auf die ursprüngliche Ausgangswährung Ihres Kontos oder eine andere Währung lauten, die PayPal für Abbuchungen in Ihrem Wohnsitzland unterstützt.

Sie können PayPal-Guthaben nur in der Ausgangswährung Ihres Kontos abbuchen, sofern wir nichts anderes vereinbaren. Um PayPal-Guthaben in einer anderen Währung abzubuchen, müssen Sie die Währung in die Ausgangswährung Ihres Kontos umrechnen, oder sie wird für Sie zum Zeitpunkt Ihrer Abbuchung umgerechnet. Wir verwenden unseren Wechselkurs für die Transaktion.

Das bedeutet, dass:

• Ihnen, wenn Sie ein PayPal-Guthaben in einer anderen Währung als der Ausgangswährung Ihres Kontos abbuchen, eine Gebühr für die Umrechnung in Ihre ursprüngliche Ausgangswährung berechnet wird, und
• Ihnen bei Abbuchungen auf eine Zahlungsquelle (z.B. Bankkonto oder Karte), die auf eine andere Währung als die ursprüngliche Ausgangswährung Ihres Kontos lautet, eine Gebühr für die Umrechnung in die Währung berechnet wird, auf die die Zahlungsquelle lautet.”

Also keep in mind that your primary balance is your default currency. Your default currency is the currency used for sending and requesting money only, not for withdrawals which are: Entnahmen aus PayPal
