i was trying to make a payment for nintendo, however it didn't work

I'm sorry to hear you're having troubles sending a payment in the Nintendo eShop. There are several reasons you could be experiencing troubles. The Nintendo eShop usually processes payments using a billing agreement. A billing agreement requires an instant form of payment like a credit or debit card. If you're using a linked bank account, you will more than likely receive an error. If you are using a card and still receiving an error, the card issue could be declining the transaction from completing. If that's the case, you will need to reach out to your card issuer.
