I sent some money using the friends and family mode and I would like to cancel it or just get a refund.
The story goes like this:
-a family member went to a small food market in a different country, and they told her that the accept paypal.
-she asked for the paypal email, and she gave me that email and I sent the money.
-minutes after, she told me that they made a mistake: that's not the email they use for paypal. That email they gave her is the one the use for Zelle(this is important)
-I told my sister to tell them this: if the person has a Zelle account with that same email, it means that he has access to the email account and also the paypal account. They just need to log in and do a refund.
But here is the problem: they are being obtuse about it. It should be a simple refund and call it a day, but they don't want to do it. That's why I'm trying to get a refund.
