Cannot manage or cancel pre-approved payments

How do you cancel pre-approve payments now? The 'manage pre approved payments" button I used to be able to use now just redirects to an autopay page advertising things like spotify saying "Manage all your automatic payments in a single place" but there is no place to manage them. It no longer lists any of my pre approved payments ive set up nor any means to edit or cancel them.

This is the page it links to now : https://www.paypal.com/myaccount/autopay/

Screenshots of what i click and what I get:

Thank you

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments.''

The screen shot in my reply to the OP is by doing what you've suggested.  It used to work but lately it hasn't, and Chat info is no help.

I appreciate your effort though.

We've gone over this over and over. That menu doesn't exist.

Just checked. I logged in > settings > payments > scroll down to manage automatic payments > then I click on the first one of my payments and get the option to manage it ie cancel / change funding source etc etc .

My problem also, no matter whether if I try Firefox (with the added problem of the scaling on the page is wrong and can't be changed) or Safari (at least the scaling is right but I get the same page you do). Tried every link found on the Paypal site with the same result; even with the link from the vendor.

After the helpbot in the chat couldn't give me an answer that worked I was moved on to someone overseas, who gave me the exact same links, none of which worked. They suggested I clear my browser of everything and sign back in.  I asked why, on a browser I never use (Safari) this would help and I received a text with more links.  I then downloaded and installed Chrome and the same exact thing happened.

I just had my wife log into her Paypal account on her computer. Different account, different computer, using Firefox (so different cache, etc), and the results were exactly the same as the screenshot above.  It's not my account, it's not my computer, it's not my browsers .....  it is a Paypal issue somewhere.

That's exactly what I get too.

I've just gotten off the phone with a nice woman overseas and and after a 15 minute conversation in the end she was no help.

If there was a tech support where I could report this issue but Paypal seems pretty opaque in the area of service needed here.  Does anyone from PP ever stop by?  If I am unable to access my autopayment list then I might as well close the account.

If Paypal doesn't fix this soon, I'll just remove my cards from Paypal, and take a break from Paypal altogether - cancelling the card will remove all automatic payments.

On a chat with Paypal support right now. Got the usual cache and cookies BS. Why don't they know that the page has changed?
