Double charged after UberEats order???

Hello.
So 2 nights ago I ordered from UberEats and I cancelled the first order but was still charged for it. ($35.16)
Yesterday while using my mobile banking, I noticed the available balance that I was transferring from my FastSaver to my checking account just kept vanishing and I come to find a charge for YESTERDAY of $33.15! It took up to $28.65 total from me and today I was charged another $2.50 (driver's tip I already paid!!!) all this while my other two payments- cancelled and successful, are still on holding.
I contacted UberEats like three times and they deny I was charged for cancellation and charged again but I've lost $66.30.
Just not sure who to contact at this point. Go straight to bank, or can PayPal help? My UE payment method was PayPal but I was paying using my linked debit card.
