Error during transaction

I did not find an answer for solving my issue on the website of the PayPal. After that I wrote the masse ''massage centre'' (I did it two times), but there was no interaction from your customer support. I am posting my request here, maybe it will help my message finally to reach someone from PayPal who can help me. Now, there is a description of my issue: I can not receive money from my friend (and I do not see this transaction in my account at all). I received the link in my email with information about transaction, but when I opened it, there was a notification about a mistake and advised to contact custom support. However, my friend from his account still sees that the transaction is waiting for confirmation from me, but, as I said, I can not confirm it due to the error (print screen lower)  Transaktionscode 145935154M321382C 13. January 2024. PayPal representatives, please, help me to solve this issue.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your recent payment due to an error. I suggest checking out this Help Center article for some troubleshooting tips. If you haven't yet confirmed your email, that's where I'd start first. After that, ensuring your account and identity are verified can also help. If the payment still doesn't connect after that, please reach out to Customer Support for further troubleshooting.

I have tried all types of troubleshooting with you suggested, but it did not help to solve the issue. Could you clarify please, if it is possible to contact your customer service by email, not by phone? The link that you send (as well as other links on the PayPal webpage) allows contacting your Customer Support only by phone, any other options lead to the links with articles for customers (that did not help resolve my problem).

I apologize for any confusion. All available options for contacting Customer Support for your area will be listed on either this Help Center article or when you select 'Contact' at the bottom of the PayPal website. If the option to email is not showing, that would mean it's unavailable for your area. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

If your friend's payment still shows pending or unclaimed, they might be able to use these instructions to cancel it. They could then either try resending it to you or send it to you in another manner if need be.
