Foreign seller can’t access my PayPal as a payment method.

I am in the US trying to purchase an item from a foreign seller. They accept PayPal as a payment method, but I keep getting an error message that the “payment portal is not accessible at the moment” when I use the PayPal option. The seller is Mokarico.com and I’m trying to purchase one of their coffee accessories. I assume this is a problem on their end and have contacted their customer support. Just thought someone in this community might have experienced a similar situation and could advise. Thank you.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum! I can understand it can be a bit frustrating when you're unable to make a purchase using PayPal. Sometimes this can be a simple website error which can be fixed by clearing your browser's cache, cookies, and history.
