How can I keep currency when I send money to my bank account ?

I have euros in PayPal account that I wish to transfer to my bank account that is able to receive euros . But when I start transaction, PayPal converts is to my country currency. How can I switch ?

Withdrawals to bank accounts are always in local currency unfortunately.
