I have linked my card and am charged around $2 for confirm it. I haven't received any refund. When I want to transfer from PayPal to my card, I can't choose my card because "Some banks and cards don’t accept transfers just yet". I have some questions:
- Which bank are allowed to transfer from PayPal?
- How How to transfer from PayPal to my debit card (Vietnam, MB Bank, Visa Debit)?

I do understand your concern regarding transferring fund from you're PayPal account to your debit card. Please note that not all countries can withdraw funds to their card.
