I cannot withdraw my money

Why can't I access my own money in my PayPal account? That money is my children's dinner tonight. You have no right withholding my money. There is no problem with my account and I am an honest and decent person. Shame on you!!!

Have you tried again? Go to wallet and press "link card" (same card as your bank) fill in your details and then choose card as "preference" and then log out and then log back in and then when it asks you to transfer - then transfer to "card".

Logged out back in cleared cash even tried desktop site not letting me withdraw either way I give up pp u wanna be ashamed still no response from them either

I had to confirm my Visa password when I linked to card. Check your home address on your card/bank account - mine had changed and I had forgot about it. You will get there I'm sure.

If you go to Help, you can select a way to contacting PP customer service. Sending a message via rhe webchat is probably the best way (I'm told using the phone's a nightmare).

I always find the phone better personally but I'm menopausal so yeah do what works for you. I can't bear chats and messaging but each to their own.

Not letting me withdraw my money been trying for ages keeps saying it's my bank no chance it's my bank even sent to my partner's PayPal he couldn't withdraw either ??

Go to wallet, link card and then change preference to that card and then you will be able to withdraw to your card and not bank (though they both the same) takes same amount of time to reach your bank.

Hmm that's surprising, because PP has def an issue with transferring to banks, not cards - otherwise Jazzy1 and I wouldn't have been able to make transfers.
Make sure your card details are correct. Then try transferring the fund as normal, but use the card option by clicking on the word "change" (blue hyperlink word you'll see as you are making the transfer). Select the card option and ...you should be able to make the transfer.
Failing that....I'm afraid I don't know what else to suggest 😞 It really should work...

Strange as I've done exactly that even tried desktop site just not letting me at all I give up it's stressing me out lol
