I charged my negative balance back to zero but paypal still charged me again

First of all, I'm quite disappointed with how it was IMPOSSIBLE for me to resolve the issue with official support as they gave me no viable option on this matter.

To give some context, I bought a digital item online with Paypal which I got successfully; I used my bank account as a payment option rather than the actual PayPal balance; Paypal charged my bank scheduled few days after which I didn't have enough money at the time; which lead my PayPal balance to be negative; therefore, I added money to my paypal balance to make my balance positive again which, as far as I've explained, I have no problem.

The problem is PayPal charged me (which is scheduled 2 days from now) again for the same amount despite the billing history I've explained above;

To summarise,

1. I didn't have enough money (£6) to pay Paypal (4th of September)

2. My PayPal account went negative to -£6 (6th of September)

3. I added money to make it 0 again (7th of September)

4. but PayPal still charged me another £6 to the bank (Scheduled to be paid on the 11th of September which showed up today)

So what's going on here? will 4. (number 4 above) just add another £6 to my PayPal balance? (making it +£6 balance overall)

or will that money just disappear into the void?

For more context, I'm certain that I haven't made another payment: I have checked my activity in my PayPal account and as expected, I didn't buy anything new.

@PayPal__Jyoti

Eventually, PayPal took my money for nothing; PayPal took another £6 but my balance is still 0

I have tried to contact PayPal via email at [Removed] (for some reason, the community doesn't allow me to type the exact address so I had to put spacings) but I haven't received any replies yet.

Additionally, you're advice on visiting  www.paypal.com/cshelp/article/help378 wasn't helpful as it was still not possible for me to choose the appropriate option within the page in this case; if you still think I should visit that page, then please let me know all the specific options that I should choose in order to reach PayPal to resolve this ridiculous issue of PayPal just taking my money for nothing

Update: £6 was eventually added to my PayPal balance

However, it's still quite frustrating how long it took and the absence of any notice from PayPal
