I got a one-time transfer from my friend, not business-related

The one and only transaction I received was one-time transfer from my friend, not business related at all, it wasn't payment for any goods. Is there a way to withdraw that money faster than to wait 45 days?

You can't accept friends/family payments on a business account so all payments are received as payment for goods or services.

Great, but as I said above, that transaction wasn't business related, so I can't add any shipping carriers nor tracking, because I don't have them.

Yes but as I have already told you, you can't receive friends/family payments so ALL payments received are viewed as business transactions ie goods/services payments.

So the ONLY way you can release the funds earlier is by any of the ways in the link. Try reading it as there are other options than adding tracking. If you can't do any of them then you wait the full 21 days.

If I am getting you right, then if I just sit and wait and do nothing, i'd got that funds in 21 days anyway since date of transfer? Right?

Yes, there is not such functionality for intagible products as described. Apparently, they removed it, but forgot to update instructions.
