I have paid for a preorder with Pay in 4 and it won't be shipping for 6 months.

I used PayPal (Pay in 4) to preorder some items but they won't be shipping out until about 6 months from now, will the the payment plan start when it ships or will the payment plan be cancelled before it ships?
