I am not new user in PayPal and i have business account in PayPal.I have successful transaction every month with Spotify, but for OVH services,When i trying to add payment method for PayPal from the OVH panel (https://ca.ovh.com) ,it said "Your transaction cannot be completed. Please return to the merchant."
I am in UK. And all my funding sources confirmed. Also My email address is confirmed.
