Money has been withdrawn but the transaction was declined

I made a transaction for an online website but it was declined even though the money has been withdrawn from my bank account, and i did not receive any messages in my activity nor my email, what should i do ??

I understand your concern about your money being debited for a declined transaction. No need to worry! As the transaction was declined, any payment debited from your bank will be reversed in few days. If you don't see the reversal in few days, please contact your bank. Feel free to reach PayPal Support team for any additional assistance.

I have similar situation, bank was declined transaction and more than 2 months there is no money on account. From bank said that I need to contact PayPal, I sent few messages to support center with numbers given from bank to see where is money, and support answered before 15 days ago, that they will let me know, but not yet any information. This is frustrating and worrying. What to do? I am really worried about my money. I tried to contact support by phone but always getting info that lines are closed. On chat, always getting info no agents available....

I am sorry to know that you haven't received the withdrawn funds and I understand this can be concerning. As mentioned above by PayPal_Bindu, the funds should have reversed. Since, you aren't able to get connected with our representative via call or other means, support is also available through Facebook private messages or Twitter direct messages, you may reach out to them.
