My Blocked Funds

Hello, I have funds in my PayPal account that have been blocked for over a year, and I still haven’t received them. I don’t understand how I can contact a support agent to help me resolve this issue. Can someone please guide me on how to get in touch with the support team to release my funds? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
