My PayPal credit transfer didn’t go through (I picked in minutes) how do I get a refund?

I transferred my PayPal credit to my debit card, though it didn’t work. (I chose in minutes). How do I get a refund?

You can't withdraw paypal credit as that would be a cash advance which is not allowed.

OR do you mean the funds in your paypal BALANCE?

The money in my PayPal I withdrew not the credit I just didn’t know what to call it.

ok if the transfer failed it should bounce back to your paypal balance.
