Negative balance

I was having a negative balance of $80 on my PayPal account but someone sent $20 to my paypal account. In which i was expecting them to credits my accounts. Up to now have not received anything since last week ago. Please assistance me.

Did they send CAD and not USD?

It was in Canadian dollars.

In that case check the email address that they sent the funds to and make sure there were no spelling errors or typos.

Secondly ask what it say on there paypal account ie sent / payment / unclaimed / pending etc.
