I booked an AirBnB with my PayPal account, but it used an inactive bank account I no longer use or own. The transaction still went through and I have a confirmation email from PayPal and AirBnB, even though not a single cent from my currently active bank account was deposited. In the confirmation emails they’ve used the inactive bank account, but the payment on PayPal says that I’ve used my currently active debit card. Aside from that my currently active debit card is my backup card on PayPal, sooo should I be worried or not? Do I just get a refund on something I never actually paid for, cancel the order and pay again with the correct bank account?
