Paypal to Gcash money not reflecting but got deducted

Hello guys, does anyone here tried to cash in gcash using paypal? The amount got deducted to my paypal account but it didn’t reflect to my gcash account. I am now so worried how to get back the money it’s a kinda big amount ☹️. Any suggestions? I contacted paypal support but cant with Gcash, still no response.

Unfortunately, mine was "unsuccessful" but was still deducted from Paypal and did not reflect in my Gcash account. Need help badly!

Thank you for posting your inquiry in the PayPal Help Community and welcome!

I understand you're worried about your funds which were debited towards a unsuccessful transfer. No need to worry! As the transfer wasn't successful, any funds debited will be reversed back to your PayPal balance in few days. In the mean time, I would also suggest you to check with the GCash support team to get this checked.

Gcash funds did not reflect on my account. I got a confirmation from Paypal that it was already transferred to my gcash account but it doesn't reflect until now. It's been 3 days still not have the money. Still no response from gcash.

Last week. I transferred money from cash app to PayPal. Cash app did release the money PayPal declined but now the money is missing in thin air how can I get my money PayPal keep blaming cash app and cash app saying PayPal I just want to know where did my money go 1000 when PayPal declined a transfer do they take the money then release it back to the original account or what Is the process??

Just keep on bugging the gcash support line [removed] and confirm with them that they do see the transaction you've made. If they did you will get the money within 2 days. Mine, took about 4 days but still, I did receive it. Hope this helps.

Gcash has been having lots of issues lately. I hope PayPal can help more. The only way we can cash in to gcash is through their occasionally faulty app and there seems to be unpredictable down times with gcash services. I just tried to cash in yesterday morning and on the gcash app it said they couldn't process the transaction however on Paypal, the transaction was already completed. So now my funds are hanging up in the air.. this is very inconvenient...
