Hi everyone, I work on the Outlier platform, and when they tried to send to me my earnings, my PayPal account didn`t receive the payment, and I knew this because I hadn`t confirmed either my card or bank account.
However Now I have confirmed the card, Am I now okay to receive the payment or is there something else I have to do to be okay?
I do understand that you have a query regarding receiving your payments. Requesting you to kindly reach out to our customer support team to know about possible solutions to your issue raised. You can reach out to the Support Team during business hours by clicking the contact us option at the bottom of PayPal page. If your unable to login or are not in access of your PayPal account, you can connect with us via phone call as "as a Guest" (this does not require you to sign in to your PayPal account).
